On all reservations made through The Naked Concierge account, full payment is required, unless otherwise stated. For cancellations made less than 30 days and more than 14 days prior to arrival (60/30 for all holiday periods), a charge equal to one night’s stay will apply. Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made 14 daysor less in advance. (30 days or less for all holiday periods). $35-$75 administrative fee is charged on all refunds. There are no refunds for early departures. Your credit card information is being sent to a secure server for your protection. It will remain there until your reservation is confirmed, then it will be destroyed. If you prefer, you may call me at 954-984-4474 with the credit card information.
